These Air Fryer Cheeseburger Egg Rolls are cooked crispy on the outside and filled with the all-American cheeseburger taste you crave on the inside. Ready in less than 30 minutes, they make a quick and easy appetizer or main course meal.
Place ground beef, onions and seasonings in a skillet and cook over Medium-High heat until browned and cooked through. Drain off any grease.
Add the spices, vinegar and Worcestershire and stir to combine.
Lay out an egg roll wrapper in the position of a diamond shape. Place two spoonfuls of meat mixture in the center of the wrapper. Top with bacon and a quarter slice of cheese.
Using your finger, lightly wet the edges of the wrapper with water. Fold left and right corners into the center. Then bring the bottom corner up to the center and gently roll the egg rolls shut, squeezing out any air as you roll. Lightly wet the exposed corner to seal it closed. Repeat until all wrappers have been filled.
Preheat air fryer to 370 degrees F.
Place a parchment paper liner into the preheated air fryer basket and spray the parchment with oil. Place the egg rolls in the basket making sure to leave room between for air to circulate. Spritz egg rolls with oil.
Cook for 10 minutes, flipping and spritzing with oil at the halfway point.
While the egg rolls are cooking, combine the sauce ingredients and set aside.
Sprinkle the cooked egg rolls with sesame seeds if desired.
Remove egg rolls from air fryer and allow to cool for 5-10 minutes before eating.
