You'll need just 7 simple ingredients to make our Air Fryer Granola recipe. It takes about 10 minutes to cook and is perfect for breakfast, snacking, and more.
Place oats, oil, syrup, brown sugar, vanilla, cinnamon and salt in a mixing bowl. Stir to combine.
Wrap the inside of the air fryer basket with foil - covering the base and about an inch up the side of the basket.
Add the oatmeal mixture to the foil-lined basket, spreading in an even layer.
Cook at 350 degrees F for 10 minutes, stirring every four minutes to break up any clumps.
Remove granola from the basket and place on a baking sheet to cool/dry for 15 minutes.
Notes
Store homemade granola in an airtight container on the counter for about 2-4 weeks.
Optional mix-ins (add after the granola has cooked & cooled): raisins, dried cranberries, apricots or cherries, chopped nuts, chocolate chips, coconut flakes.
If granola doesn't crisp up, return to the air fryer and cook for a couple more minutes.
Oven Directions: combine ingredients as directed. Transfer oat mixture to a parchment lined baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees F for 25-30 minutes. Stir every 10 minutes to break up clumps. Remove from oven, transfer cooked granola to parchment paper and allow to cool on the counter top.
